  • Maximum Allowable Pressure: 10.5 kgf/cm², providing additional structural safety margin beyond normal operating conditions.
  • Compatible with dry or lubricated non-corrosive gases, offering flexibility in air supply requirements.
  • Operating Temperature Range: -40°F to +200°F, suitable for outdoor and harsh environmental installations.

Actuator Design & Reliability Features

  • Designed for long service life with manufacturer-applied lubrication, ensuring reliable operation for a minimum of 1,000,000 cycles.
  • NAMUR interface design for air supply ports and upper mounting, enabling direct installation of solenoid valves and accessories.
  • Compliant with ISO 5211 and DIN 3337 standards for mounting and square shaft compatibility, ensuring easy integration with standard valves.
  • Low-friction internal slide ways prevent metal-to-metal contact, reducing wear and allowing easy replacement during maintenance.
  • External surface protection tested to 500 hours salt spray resistance in accordance with ASTM B117.
  • Each actuator undergoes 100% running and sealing tests, with individual serial number identification for full traceability.


Operation

Double-Acting (Top View A)

For clockwise output, apply pressure to P2, which forces the pistons to move together. The volume between the pistons is exhausted at P1.
Double-Acting (Top View B)

For counterclockwise output, apply pressure to P1, which forces the pistons apart. The linear travel of the pistons is converted to a rotation of the drive shaft by the rack to pinion connection. The volume outside each piston is exhausted at P2.
Single(Spring)-Acting (Top View A)

For clockwise output, the volume between the pistons is exhausted at P1, causing the springs to force the pistons together. The volume outside the pistons is vented at P2.
Single(Spring)-Acting (Top View B)

For counterclockwise output, apply pressure to P1, which forces the pistons apart and compress the springs. The linear travel of the pistons is converted to a rotation of the drive shaft by the rack to pinion connection. The volume outside each piston is exhausted at P2.
