Features

LD VALVE uses qualified fiberglass reinforced polypropylene to manufacture nipples. Robust nipples could be produced with extruded material, or from molding grade compounds. We produced in a variety of styles as TBE (Threaded Both Ends). Close nipples are simply two threads back to back. Nipples are packed in bag or master carton, larger diameter nipples will be bulk packed.

  • Durable unibody design, heavy duty construction.
  • Chemical resistant.
  • Depending on size, Nipple can be injected or machined.
  • GRPP nipple threads available in NPT or BSPT.
  • We can thread any custom length.
  • Pressure to 150 PSI @ 70°F or 22°C.
