Our products can be found in this catalogue or online at www.LDVALVE.com In order to ensure prompt and proper shipment, the following information should be included:1. Model number
2. Product name
3. Standard
4. Material
5. Color
6. Size
7. Quantity
8. Other special requirement
All orders must meet master carton quantities.
Please sign and return the Proforma Invoice as part of order confirmation.
Current Prices
Prices are affected by the raw material cost and are subject to change without prior notice. The prices may also depend on quantities required.Delivery
Under normal conditions, excluding public holidays, natural disasters and any other event beyond the control of LD VALVE, orders shall be filled:- Loose cargo: usually 1-2 weeks.
- 20' container: usually 2-4 weeks.
- 40' container: usually 3-5 weeks
NOTE: Newly developed products or specific material or modification requests may attract a longer lead time.
Shortages And Damaged Merchandise
Once the merchandise is received into your warehouse, please give it a full inspection. If damage or shortage is found upon receipt, the person receiving the product must notify the LD Sales Department within 7 days. LD VALVE is not responsible for claims after 7 days.All claims must indicate the Proforma Invoice reference number, the date that the merchandise in question was received, pictures of the Pt(s), the carton number of the shipping mark and side mark. We will give assistance as soon as possible.
