  1. PRODUCT STRUCTURE AND PRINCIPLE
    1. The underground screen drain is composed of three parts: thin rings, screen body, and drain joint.
    2. Thin rings.
    3. The rings are produced by precise mold with special sands that make tiny loopholes to filter water.
      The U.S.D. is composed of twelve thin rings that can provide circumference drainage space and drain out the excess water from soil.
    4. Screen body.
    5. The screen body with 8 loopholes is designed to gather excess water passed through rings.
    6. Drain Joint.
    7. There are L and T models of the drain joint.
      L model is used in retaining wall for horizontal application.
      T model is used in other vertical application.

  • RETAINING WALL INSTALLATION – L MODEL
    1. Pre-install 2”DN50 pipe, passing through retaining wall at 2m2 interval.
    2. Joint U.S.D. to pipe firmly with glue.
    3. Surround the U.S.D. with at least 30m2 of fine sand then continue to fill up the earthwork.

  • T MODEL DRAIN DEVICE INSTALLATION
    1. Layout pipes and tees with at least 3% slope.
    2. Joint U.S.D. to pipe firmly with glue.
    3. Surround the U.S.D. with at least 30m2 of fine sand then continue to fill up the earthwork.
